My bakery idea died in city hall paperwork.

I see a lot of dreams get lost in confusing permit systems. For me, the endless hoops just made it not worth it anymore.

Pre-cut covers are everywhere in my local shops now. Half the binders call it a smart move, the other half say it ruins the craft. Where do you stand?
