Hot take: I spent $300 on a 'life-changing' online course about making money that just told me to wake up earlier.

I mean, the whole thing felt off because I really believed the hype, but after finishing it I realized I just paid for a bunch of stuff you can find for free, so maybe it's just me but has anyone else fallen for a course that promised way more than it delivered?

My cousin bought a $500 course that told him to drink more water and "think like a millionaire." At least you got a wake up time out of it.

Honestly, that whole "think like a millionaire" advice is pretty vague. It's just a fancy way to sell basic self-help stuff. Waking up early is fine, but paying hundreds for common sense feels like a scam.

Is it that deep though? Sounds like @avery219 has the right idea about it just being basic stuff.
