I would have guessed way higher, like 8 or 9 out of 10, because reading reviews is the first thing most folks do when they pick anything these days, let alone something as pricey as shipping a car. Maybe the survey only looked at one site and missed all the people checking Google and Reddit, idk, but 40 percent just feels low to me.

Man, the paper trail thing is real but here's what nobody thinks about: emails don't actually protect you the way people believe. A call can get summed up in a quick follow-up email that says "per our call, here's what we agreed" and boom, you have the trail AND the speed. So the choice isn't talk or document, it's do both in the right order.
