inPSA: Going into book club without a script made our talks better
Ever notice how rigid scripts kill any chance for genuine reactions, @nancyn69?

inI finally started a travel log in my bullet journal for Asia.
Mixing sketches with symbols for mood changed my journaling. Like a sun for a busy market day or a candle for temple calm. It adds a layer words can't catch.

inHot take: My kombucha turned into vinegar overnight!
Barbara_dixon, that 'turn it sour fast' line hits close to home. I left a jug of iced tea on the porch last summer and it went weird in a day from the hot days and cool nights. Now I just keep everything inside, problem solved.

inVent: The old corner store turning into a parking lot gave me a clear moment
Lost my local diner last year and it felt like a piece of the block's story got erased with it. Those daily hellos and small talk add up to a safety net you don't notice until it's gone. I've started purposely buying from the remaining family-run spots, even if it costs a bit more, just to keep that thread alive. You ever make a point to support places like that now?

inRant: My art crew can't agree on tracing for practice sketches
Back in my first digital art class, we traced over movie stills for a week. It TEACHES you flow and gesture way faster than staring at a blank canvas. The key is to then redraw the same pose without tracing immediately after. That builds muscle memory and actual understanding. Feeling guilty is normal, but it means you're ready to level up. Just don't let tracing become your only method, and you'll be fine.
