Honestly, that's a great path to take. Weird pizza can be amazing if you balance flavors right. Like a pizza with roasted grapes and blue cheese, or maybe one with kimchi and spam. At a potluck last year, I tried a pizza with peanut butter and jalapenos. Murray.jana is totally right about balancing flavors. I was skeptical but the sweet and spicy combo was INSANE. My buddy made one with pulled pork and pineapple salsa that blew my mind. It's all about not being afraid to mix things up. Now I experiment with toppings every Friday night.
