inPropagation panic: my cuttings became a mushy mess
Yeah that "brown soup" thing River mentioned, I've seen that with some herbs too. I read somewhere that plants like pothos or tradescantia actually thrive in water long term because they're super efficient at taking in oxygen through their stems. But stuff with softer stems or lots of leaves below water, like some herbs, just rot faster. The article said changing the water every week is key even if it looks clean, because fresh water has more oxygen. Makes sense why some cuttings just fail no matter what you do.

inQuestion about why nobody knows how to barter for a room anymore since booking sites took over
Ever hear about my buddy who called a beach motel after midnight? They gave him 20% off just for asking, lol. Old school move still works sometimes.

inWhy do so many guys assume a tripping breaker means overload, not a short?
But is it worth stressing over the difference if the breaker just needs a reset? Most people I know just flip it back on and forget it, unless it keeps happening. It seems like only electricians or really careful DIYers bother tracking down whether it was a short or just too many hair dryers.

inCan we talk about family collabs in digital art showcases?
Totally get what you mean about messy stuff showing you can think outside the box. I've seen it with friends who do graphic design. Their early drafts look crazy, but that's where the best ideas come from. Like when they mix totally different styles, it shows they're not just following rules. Keeping one rough piece in your portfolio makes sense because it tells a story. It shows you're willing to take risks and that's what clients sometimes want.

inSeeing my kid create strong passwords without my help was a proud moment!
Awesome! Make it a story only he knows...
