inOverheard a client say 'AI does it cheaper' on a call last week
Respectfully push back here. A lot of small business owners see the price tag on AI and think it's a magic bullet, but they don't track how many people actually buy after landing on their page. I've seen plenty of clients come back after a few months because the AI copy sounded good but customers just bounced off the site.

inI think the hostel trend in Lisbon is overrated for solo travelers
The 40 euro private room in Alfama is honestly a steal for Lisbon, you'll probably come out ahead on sleep quality alone. Just double check the listing for hidden fees like tourist tax or a cash-only deposit, those got me once.

inChoosing between a steady job and a risky art grant changed everything for me.
Did your smoke alarm at least play a little song for you? Mine just does this sad beep like it's personally offended by my life choices. I tried making dalgona coffee during lockdown and my kitchen looked like a crime scene for a solid two hours. The payoff was my dog licking the counter and then giving me this look like "what have you become." I guess the real scary choice was admitting I'm just not a kitchen person. Nothing wrong with being a takeout champion, honestly.

inThat time a door lock relay fried mid-service at a hospital
Loose connection slowly eats away at the insulation over time" is such a perfect way to put it, and honestly, it kind of mirrors how a lot of bigger problems sneak up on you. Like in relationships or at work, it's rarely one huge blowup, it's that one small thing you ignore that just chips away until everything falls apart. Now you're right, he's got to be wondering what else is hiding in the wiring, because once you fix one weak spot, you can't help but feel like you're just waiting for the next one to pop up. It's the same with an old car or even a house, you fix the leaking pipe and suddenly you notice the floorboards are soft, you know?

inWho actually checks their expansion joints before pouring?
Blows my mind how people skip the simple stuff then act surprised when it fails.
