inI dodged jury duty for years until my number came up
My buddy got called for jury duty last year and said the whole thing felt like a badly run school trip. They had everyone wait in a room with one old TV, then rushed them through forms nobody explained. He almost fell asleep during the instructions. But he said the weird part was how serious it felt once they actually got into the courtroom, like the judge was counting on them to figure it out.

inSwitched from arguing to asking in conspiracy talks
Noticed how asking questions changes the whole mood... like when my friend was upset about work, I just asked what happened instead of giving advice. It calmed him down right away. Felt like we were on the same side, you know? Really makes a difference in keeping things cool. Wish more people tried this approach.
