My client's hair extension clip snapped mid-blowout

I was finishing a blowout on a client yesterday, and one of her clip-in extensions just popped off and flew across the room. It hit the mirror with a loud snap. She laughed and said, "Well, that's a first." I had to quickly reattach it with a spare clip from my kit while the style was half done. What's the weirdest thing that's broken on you during a service?

Ever have a flat iron just stop heating up? Mine died halfway through a straightening job, which was a real panic. I just switched to my backup iron and kept going, no big deal.
