That moment of self-awareness can really hit you like a ton of bricks. It's so much easier to see the path out for someone else than to walk it yourself. Eight years is a long time, and that kind of comfort zone can be a tough trap to escape. You're definitely not alone in feeling stuck like that.

So what was the big change you made? Was it just cleaning up the old info, or did you totally rework how you talk about your skills? Sometimes just a different layout makes people see your experience in a whole new light.
