I just realized I've laid over 50,000 bricks on this one apartment complex project in Austin.

Counting them up yesterday made me see how much sheer volume a single job can hold, and it got me wondering, what's the biggest brick count you've ever tallied on a single site?

You ever think about how many bricks get wasted on a job? We had a helper drop a whole band off a forklift once, maybe two hundred bricks just turned into rubble in a second. The boss's face went purple, but honestly, after a certain number, what's a few hundred more? It's all just part of the mountain.

We did a school addition in San Antonio that needed over 80,000 face bricks. Just moving the pallets around the site felt like its own full time job. I still get a sore back just thinking about it. That kind of volume really makes you respect the process.

Count the bricks, @wyatt_mitchell26, not the pallets.
