After a few tries, my easy nacho dish kept the board game crew playing longer.

My nachos always turned into a soggy mess too. Now I just broil them for a couple minutes and they come out crispy every time.

You mentioned chopping jalapenos and tomatoes taking twenty minutes, but that's not the real issue! The chips you use make all the difference. Thin store bought chips get soggy fast. I always pick the thickest restaurant style tortilla chips I can find. They hold up under cheese and toppings way better! Plus, I warm them in the oven for a few minutes before adding anything, which keeps them crisp longer. That way, you can focus on the game, not fixing a mushy mess.

Easy nacho dish? You've got to be joking. My nachos always turn into a soggy mess unless I bake them in layers, which takes ages. Chopping jalapenos and tomatoes alone adds like twenty minutes. What's your secret, microwave cheese?
