inHad to get a client's broken server back online before a 9 AM demo in Round Rock.

inAppreciation post: My kitchen fix went better with a local crew than a tech service
My uncle in Toledo still uses the same handyman who fixed his porch in 1998. That guy knows every creak in that house. An app can't build that kind of history. What happens when you need a weird, one-off repair and the platform just doesn't have a category for it? Sometimes the old way is just about knowing a person who knows your home.

inWarning: Customer swore his stereo was haunted by electronic ghosts
Man, I totally get where he was coming from. When things act up on their own like that, it really does feel like there's something else going on. Our brains just jump to the weirdest ideas when we can't figure out the real cause. Honestly, a haunted stereo is a way more fun story than a boring old broken switch. Poor guy was probably just freaked out and looking for any answer.
