inFound out fallen branches from storms make perfect smoking wood
Wait, but what if bagged chips actually give more reliable flavor? That old tree wood @avery_jackson got might have picked up strange notes from the soil or bugs... processed chips are dried to burn steady and strong. So the "milder" fresh wood could just be uneven or weak... I find the bagged kind gives a clearer apple taste that sticks to the meat. Honestly, sometimes natural wood just smokes weird and ruins the pork...

inRubber mallets for setting bricks? I thought it was a joke until a finicky patio job showed me how much cleaner the work gets.
You know, it's not just about clean work. Have you felt how much less shock goes up your arm with a rubber mallet? Metal hammers can crack bricks if you hit them wrong, but rubber sort of cradles them into place. Isn't that a game changer for DIY folks who don't want to ruin materials? I learned that the hard way on a garden path last summer.

inA trip to the Rockies showed me why chimneys don't draw right up high.
Altitude changes everything up there.

inMy sister wants me to sign for her car loan but she didn't pay her last one. Is this a bad idea?
Oh man, do not do that! I had a cousin do the same thing to me and it messed up my credit for years when he stopped paying.

inHeads up about using AI art in community contests without disclosing it.
Isn't the point of these contests to see what people can CREATE with available tools? AI art tools are a NEW kind of tool, and using them well still takes SKILL and vision. Without specific rules against it, entering AI art seems fair to me.
