Last night's finale twist on 'Love Island' completely flipped my view on scripted moments
I always dismissed the dramatic confrontations as purely producer-driven and meaningless. But seeing how genuinely devastated some contestants were after the airing made me question if the emotional fallout is worth the entertainment. What's a moment from any show that made you reconsider how 'real' the drama actually is?

Share your concern after seeing authentic heartbreak on 'Too Hot to Handle' last season.

Honestly what helped me was just giving myself a solid week of zero contact to process everything. Deleted their number so I wouldn't text something dumb, threw myself into projects around the house. The space let me see it clearly, that it wasn't about me fixing anything for them.

A solid week of zero contact strikes me as a pretty intense response. Not every emotional hurdle requires that level of nuclear option to gain clarity. Often, a bit of space is useful, but declaring a full week of silence might turn a molehill into a mountain.
