Oh, "Did he actually call the cops" - that's the real question right there, isn't it? From my own mess of a situation, the guy just yelled and threatened but never actually dialed. Best advice I can give is to record everything they say and do, even if you think it's minor. Most people who threaten to call the cops never do, they just use it to scare you into backing down. If they do call, stay calm and explain what happened to the operator, don't let them paint you as the aggressor. Also keep a paper trail of any texts or emails about the issue, cops love that stuff if it ever gets that far. Honestly, nine times out of ten it's all bluster, but you gotta protect yourself just in case.

Dude same. I had boxes and boxes of old receipts and ticket stubs from every trip I ever took. My wife finally made me go through them and I found photos on my phone from those same trips that I had totally forgotten about. Now I actually scroll through my camera roll once a month and it brings back way more than any crumpled napkin ever did.
