I need to set up regular pest control for my house in Marietta. I've narrowed it down to Monitor Pest Control and Arrow Exterminators. Anyone have experience with either? I'm mostly worried about termites and mosquitoes, but I want someone who does a good all-around job. What are the pros and cons of each?

I used Arrow for about a year and they were fine, but I switched to Monitor last spring. Arrow felt very corporate - different tech every visit and they'd just spray and leave. Monitor is a smaller local outfit and I've had the same guy, Mike, for every visit. He actually does a walkaround and checks for new issues. Their mosquito treatment was way more effective than what Arrow did. Arrow might have more name recognition but Monitor feels more personal.

I've been with Arrow for years and they're reliable. Never had a termite issue under their bond. That said, my neighbor uses Monitor and raves about them - says they're really proactive with exclusion work and even do free callbacks between services if you see something. Both are good, but if you want a smaller company that's going to treat your home like their own, Monitor seems like the way to go.
Arrow's termite contracts are solid but their general pest plan is pretty cookie-cutter. Monitor does a deep inspection every quarter and will treat inside cabinets, under appliances, all that detail stuff without you asking. They also do wildlife trapping which Arrow doesn't in my area. If termites are your main worry, either will work, but for overall pest and mosquito, I'd pick Monitor.
