Update: My faded dream of sailing the Mediterranean

I used to chart courses from Greece to Italy in my spare time. Life got in the way, and now I just watch sailing videos.

What got you into sailing in the first place?

You know, that question assumes there's one big reason, but my experience was different. Sailing just sort of crept up on me over time without a clear moment. What keeps me hooked is the freedom on the water, not how I started. It's more about the feel of the wind and the peace out there than any origin story. Lmao, I never really planned it out like that.

Actually for me it was one crazy storm that did it. One minute I was just along for the ride, the next I was totally hooked.
