Gave up on my circus performer dreams after a clown class
Wanted to walk tightropes. Learned how to fall with style instead.

Yeah, thought the same thing at first. That class just killed all my circus drive though.

No kidding, I had the exact same thing happen with a juggling workshop. They start you with these stupid beanbags that just slide right off your hands. Totally wrecked the fun vibe and made me quit too.

Honestly, though? You're giving up all circus dreams after one clown class? That seems like a huge overreaction. Clowning is mostly about falling and jokes, not tightrope skills. You could hate face paint but still love balancing high up. It's not like failing at pratfalls means you'd be bad at everything. Tbh, quitting over that feels a bit much.

Maybe the clown class was just a bad teacher... some of them really suck the joy out of it.
