Found my old yoga teacher training manual while cleaning a closet

Part of me sees it as junk I'll never use, but another part feels bad for letting that goal go. Is it healthier to toss stuff like this or keep it as a 'maybe someday' reminder?

But what if that manual holds the goal itself?

It's just a manual, not the goal itself. Toss it if it's just taking up closet space.

Yeah the "taking up closet space" thing is so real. I mean how many of us have boxes of old tech manuals or cables for gadgets we don't even own anymore. It's wild how much stuff piles up just because it feels important. Like that old printer manual from 2010, toss it, you can find a pdf online in two seconds.

Hey Angela, that point about the manual not being the goal is interesting. What exactly makes people treat these things like they're sacred? I've got a drawer full of old guides for stuff I threw out years ago. It's like we're scared to let go even when we know it's useless. But then you're right, we can just look up PDFs now. So why do we still cling to the paper versions? Is it just habit, or something else?
