Tried making cold brew with hot water by accident this morning
Honestly I was half asleep and poured hot water over the grounds instead of cold. The coffee came out super bitter and cloudy. Has anyone else messed up a simple recipe like that or am I the only one who can't function before 7am?

Oh man, I did that exact same thing last week. What worked for me was just tossing in some ice cubes and a splash of milk to cut the bitterness, actually turned out halfway drinkable.

Always thought coffee snobs were being dramatic about water temp... then I made that same mistake and yeah, they were right.
