The $90 parking pass I bought for a garage that closed down 3 days later
I grabbed a monthly pass near the arena in Sacramento and the whole lot shut for repairs without any notice, so that cash is just gone. Anyone else get burned by a random parking scheme lately?

That garage had “under repair” signs up a week before you bought that pass, so the money wasn’t really gone.
