I gave up on my morning coffee for a week and it wasn't what I expected.
I was getting bad headaches every afternoon and thought my two cups a day were to blame. So I switched to just herbal tea for a full week, and my energy crashed hard by 10 AM. My friend in Seattle said, 'Maybe you just needed more water, not less coffee.' I started drinking a big glass of water first thing and kept my one morning coffee, and I feel way better. Has anyone else fixed a problem by adding something back instead of taking it away?

Wait, you almost fell off a roof? That's a wild side effect for skipping coffee. Maybe the real fix is just not working on roofs before noon. Glad you found a balance with the water and one cup.
