I ignored the 2FA nags for my work email until a Friday night at the shop
I blew off the IT emails about two-factor for like 8 months. Thought it was overkill for a small company. Then one Friday at 9pm our boss called, someone in Ohio logged into three accounts from a hotel IP. Cost us two full days resetting passwords for 40 people. Now I set up the app on my phone and it takes 4 seconds. Anyone else almost get burned before they finally turned it on?

Setup takes 4 seconds but saves you a two day password reset, so just do it.
