I was opening my bank app almost every morning to stare at my score, and it dropped 9 points in January which sent me into a total spiral of checking it harder. When I switched to pulling the full report once a month instead, I actually caught a $64 medical bill from a clinic in Tampa that was sitting in collections and got it removed. Did checking yours too often ever mess with your head like that, or is that just me?
