I finally watched the full 3 hour 'debate' on the moon landing hoax and realized everyone keeps pointing to the flag waving as proof, but they're ignoring the simple physics of a vacuum and inertia...

After seeing that specific flag argument get repeated in a dozen different videos, I looked up a 1971 NASA technical report that explains the motion comes from the astronauts twisting the pole during placement, not from wind, which completely changed my view on how these theories get built on one misunderstood detail.

That 1971 report is key. They actually filmed tests with a flag in a vacuum chamber to show the same wobble from the pole's spring action. Once you see that side by side footage, the whole wind argument falls apart completely.

Exactly, that side by side footage is the whole proof right there. It shows the flag moving from the spring in the pole, not from any air. People who still say it was wind just haven't seen the actual test. Once you watch it, there's really nothing left to argue about. The science was settled decades ago with that simple experiment.
