PSA: A guy in the shop told me my coolant mix was way too weak for the aluminum job

He said 'you're just making steam, not cutting' and I had to admit he was right. Switched to a 10% mix and the finish looks way better now, anyone else run into this?

Switched to a stronger mix and it stopped the chatter immediately.

My coolant turned to sludge last winter and wrecked a pump. Now I write the change date on the reservoir with a paint pen. It's a cheap fix for a stupid problem.
