My cousin worked their customer service line for 6 months and showed me the internal chats where they joked about scamming customers. Anyone else ever flip from defending someone to calling for the cancel?

Start by keeping the screenshots somewhere safe in case they delete them later. That evidence is your only real protection when things get messy. Trust me, once you've seen that kind of stuff you can't unsee it. It's like a light switch flips and you realize the whole persona was just a costume the whole time. Best thing you can do is share what you saw with a few people you trust and let them spread the word naturally. Just don't expect everyone to believe you right away. Some folks need to get burned themselves before they'll admit they were wrong.

Had a buddy named Dave who caught his favorite influencer fake canceling a vacation for sympathy. He screenshot the whole thread where she admitted it was for engagement.
