A regular in my chair yesterday tipped me a crisp hundred dollar bill for fixing a haircut he got somewhere else.

He came in looking rough, said a new shop butchered his fade, and after I spent 45 minutes blending it all back together, he just handed me the bill and said 'you saved my week, man.'

Just listened and fixed the problem first.

Honestly, how big of a problem was it really? Tbh, sometimes people jump to fix stuff that isn't even broken. I've seen folks waste hours on a tiny glitch nobody would've noticed.

Ignoring small problems lets them grow into big ones. Sethm46 had the right idea fixing it right away. A tiny glitch can break trust or cause bigger issues later. People notice more than you think, and it makes your work look sloppy. Waiting just means more work down the line when it finally blows up.
