A chat with a regular made me change how I book appointments
My guy Mark comes in every two weeks like clockwork. Yesterday he said, 'You know, I'd come more if I could just text you a time instead of calling.' It hit me that my phone system was turning people away. I looked it up and found a simple booking link service for 15 bucks a month. Set it up last night and already got three bookings this morning without picking up the phone. Has anyone else switched to online booking and seen a real jump in business?

Switched to Calendly for my consultations last year. It cut my admin calls in half, maybe more. Clients love picking a slot that works for them without the back and forth. I saw new bookings go up about 20% in the first month.

Honestly, that "without the back and forth" is the real win. It saves everyone's time and just makes the whole thing easier. More bookings just comes naturally from that.

Man, that's so true. I mean it's not just appointments, it's everything now. I get annoyed when a place makes me call instead of just clicking a button online. It feels like a weird little wall they put up. That extra step makes you just close the tab and go somewhere easier. So yeah, taking that wall down for your clients is probably huge. It just fits how people want to do things.
