PSA: The coffee shop down the street taught me why my AI writing tool was so bad
I was complaining to the barista about my AI assistant sounding robotic, and she pointed out I was feeding it too many adjectives, so I cut them in half and now my blog posts finally read like a human actually wrote them - has anyone else found a simple tweak that fixed their AI output like that?

Man, that's wild how one little change can flip everything around. I had a buddy who was trying to use one of those tools to write emails for his small business, and they all came out sounding like a robot from a 90s sci-fi flick. He finally told it to stop using the word "utilize" and swap it for "use" and to cut out any three-syllable words unless they were absolutely necessary. @hall.joel you're spot on about the filler words too, he said ditching "very" and "just" made the biggest difference. Now his emails read like a normal guy talking instead of a textbook.

I don't know about adjectives but I tried telling mine to cut the filler words like "just" and "actually" and "very" and it started sounding way more like a real person. Yours probably needed the same thing just with different words.
