Picked up a load of old frames to start a collage wall
Grabbed a mix of picture frames from the Salvation Army for under ten dollars total. I'm sanding and painting them all one color to make a big art display in my living room. Any tips for hanging a bunch of frames so they look good together?

Two collage walls later, I swear by that floor method.

My friend tried a collage wall last year and learned that laying all the frames on the floor first is key. She moved them around until the layout looked good, then transferred that pattern to the wall with pencil marks. It saved her from a bunch of wrong holes and made the whole group feel connected.
