Got stuck at the airport in Atlanta for 6 hours and a stranger taught me how to fold laundry faster

Some older guy next to me at gate B16 showed me this flip-and-fold trick for t-shirts that cuts my time in half. Has anyone else picked up a random life hack from a stranger that actually worked?

Dude, that's awesome. I once had a grandma at a laundromat show me how to fold a fitted sheet in about 30 seconds - I still can't do it without it looking like a crumpled bird's nest, but I at least know the steps now. Her trick was all about tucking the corners into each other, it was like magic. My wife still laughs at my pathetic attempts, but hey, at least my t-shirts look halfway decent now! The airport stranger hacks always seem to be the most random and useful.

Is that the same trick where you tuck the corners into a pocket?

Tbh I used to think fitted sheet folding videos were just a weird flex, but then I saw @nancyj11's post about tucking the corners into a pocket and it clicked. That tucking move is the whole key, I finally stopped fighting with my sheets. Now I can fold them in under a minute, though my spouse still gives me side-eye for the final result. Honestly it's a lifesaver if you hate wrinkled bedding as much as I do.
