Ugh, that's so tough to deal with. I was in a similar spot with unpaid overtime at my last job. What worked for me was keeping a full log of all my extra hours. I wrote down every date, start time, end time, and what I did. When I showed it to my boss, they could see the clear proof and we worked out some back pay. Have you guys tried documenting everything like that?
