My accountant told me to stop taking on projects under $500, and after ignoring him for a year, I finally see his point.

True, but it's not just the time. It's the mental switch cost. You're deep in a big project, then @violaramirez needs that tiny logo fix. Suddenly you're in a totally different headspace. Takes forever to get back on track.
