I know everyone says to always glue down engineered plank over concrete, but that 1,200 sq ft glue-down job in a humid basement took me 4 days instead of 2 because the adhesive just wouldn't set right.

Has anyone else had this happen in a high-moisture area, and what's your go-to method now?

Yeah it's like that with so many things now. The instructions say one thing but real life humidity or whatever just throws a wrench in the whole plan.

Ugh, that's the worst. Moisture messes with the glue cure time big time. I'd just float it now with a good vapor barrier.
