My kid's close call with fermented honey garlic
He almost took a sip because it looked like apple juice, so now I label my jars clearly.

My cousin used dish soap instead of cooking oil once. That was a mess, but nobody got hurt. Kitchen mistakes are mostly just annoying. We all mess up small things like that. Calling it a 'great mix-up' seems over the top. Just clean up and move on.

My brother grabbed the powdered sugar instead of flour for gravy last Thanksgiving. The trick was starting over with a clean pan right away. It saved the whole meal from tasting like dessert.
