You said you "had to choose," but that's not really true, is it? You always have a choice, even if both options feel tough. It's more about which set of problems you're willing to live with.

Oh man, I get what you're saying, but sometimes the choice is so bad it feels like no choice at all. Like picking between losing your job or working for a horrible boss, you know? The "had to" part is about feeling trapped, not that there's literally only one door.
