I started using a cold jade roller after my glycolic acid peels and the results are way better

I had a few clients in my Phoenix studio who were getting red and puffy for hours after their 20% glycolic peels. I tried a trick from a class I took last year and started keeping two jade rollers in the mini fridge. Rolling for about 90 seconds right after the peel neutralizer really calms the skin down fast. Has anyone else tried using cold tools to manage post-peel inflammation?

Okay so you said you keep two in the fridge. I mean, do you clean them between clients or does each person get their own roller? Idk the rules for that in a studio setting but I'd be kinda worried about spreading germs if you're just wiping one down.

Yeah the "between clients" thing is what got me too, like lee847 said. I mean, I'm not a germ expert but sharing a roller sounds like a bad plan. Maybe it's just me but I'd rather use my fingers than risk whatever that is. I guess the studio rules are different but that seems like a good way to give everyone the same breakout.

Between clients" is wrong. They're disposable, one per person.

Wait, you only have two rollers for everyone?
