This old guy at the supply house in Toledo totally changed how I see my title block setup

He leaned over my shoulder while I was picking out some vellum last month and said, 'Kid, if your title block ain't telling a story, you're just making fancy wallpaper,' which made me completely redo my standard template to include revision notes right up front.

Yo, that's deep. I read somewhere that good design docs should basically have a "why" section built in. Makes total sense now.
