Why does nobody talk about how hard it is to find good Wi-Fi in Guatemala?

I spent three weeks in Antigua last month and every co-working space I tried had Wi-Fi that dropped every 20 minutes. One place charged me $15 a day and it was slower than my phone's hotspot. I ended up working from a cafe that had a single router in the back, only worked from 8 to noon before the lunch crowd killed it. Has anyone else found a reliable spot in Central America or am I just unlucky?

Blame your expectations not the Wi-Fi, it's a developing country not Silicon Valley.

My friend tried to join a video call from a coffee shop in Belize and gave up after ten minutes.
