Trick I found for getting clients to actually reply to emails

I started adding a single specific stat from their own website in the subject line, like 'saw your blog post about X' and my open rate jumped from 20% to like 60%. Been doing it for 3 weeks now and got 2 new retainer clients out of it. Anyone else tried personalizing subject lines like that?

I mean, that feels kinda creepy to me, idk maybe people notice and it backfires.

Yeah I read somewhere that people respond way better when they think you actually looked at their stuff. Makes sense honestly.
