Has your team done the constant strategy switch too? We had a campaign where they changed the entire approach every month, and our metrics just flatlined because nothing had time to work. It drives me nuts when leadership panics at the first quiet week.

Consider that sticking to a failing plan wastes more time than switching early.

The "first quiet week" thing is spot on, but in my experience, it's often even sooner than that. Leaders get nervous at the first sign of no growth, not even a full week sometimes. That knee jerk reaction means we never see what could have worked with a bit more patience.
