I finally stopped skipping analytics reports after seeing the pattern
I always thought looking at website numbers was boring and not that helpful for my small business. Then one agency showed me a simple chart where a dip in visits lined up with when I stopped posting regularly, which made it click. Do you guys actually use these reports to make real changes?

What if that dip was just a coincidence? Sometimes I feel like we chase numbers when we should just trust what's already working.

Tell that to my shaky hands, @averylopez.

Ever notice how we do this with everything, not just numbers? Like when you change your commute to save five minutes and your whole day feels off until you switch back. Maybe the data is just showing us the patterns we're already living in, and ignoring it is like choosing to get lost.

My friend runs a tiny online shop and always ignored her site stats... until she noticed sales dropping every time she changed her product photos. She looked back and saw a clear link, so she stuck with one style for a month and sales picked up again. It wasn't just a fluke because it happened a few times... now she checks those numbers every week to avoid messing things up. Sometimes the data shows what's really working, even if it feels like guessing.
