Client asked for weekly reports, lost them 2 hours of billable time
Had a client in Austin demand a custom weekly dashboard with every metric they could think of. We built it, and after 3 months they admitted they only look at the top line revenue number. Has anyone else dealt with clients who want reports just to have them, and how do you push back without losing the account?

wait, they actually ADMITTED it? thats wild. most clients would double down and pretend they use every chart just to save face. so youre telling me they basically told you straight up they wasted your time on purpose?
