Picked the 30-minute walk over 3 hours of doomscrolling, weird what happened next

So this morning in Portland I had zero get-up-and-go. My couch and phone were right there, and I already had the feeds loaded up. But I made myself put on shoes and just go to the corner bakery, which is only a mile round trip. I bought a $4 coffee, watched a squirrel argue with a crow, and got back home feeling like I actually did something. It's not a big deal, but my brain felt clearer for the rest of the day. Do you guys ever force yourself into a tiny task just to break a lazy spiral? I'm curious what works for you when your head's stuck in a rut.

Check that bakery's actually half a mile each way, so you walked a full mile.
