The credit card kiosk at the DMV in Tucson is a trap
Stood in line for 45 minutes last Tuesday and watched three people pay a $3.50 convenience fee to swipe their card instead of writing a check. Got to the window, asked for the no-fee option, and the clerk just pointed at a paper form. Has anyone else noticed these machines banking on impatience?
