That week in 2015 when everything went right for no reason

I fixed a buddy's truck in under an hour, found twenty bucks in a jacket pocket, and got a call back for a job I didn't even remember applying for all in the same five days, and it still feels like the universe was glitching because nothing good ever stacks up like that for me has anyone else had a weirdly perfect streak like that?

felt like the universe was glitching" is exactly how I'd describe it lol. @vera_robinson36 that cat and steak story is wild, reminds me of this girl I knew who found a $50 bill in a library book and then her car passed inspection without needing any work done. It's like the cosmos just decided to be nice for a minute.

Oh man, that reminds me of my friend Carla back in 2016. She had this crazy week where she found her missing cat under the porch after three days of searching, then her landlord suddenly fixed her broken water heater without being asked, and she got a free voucher for a steak dinner at a place she'd never been to. The weirdest part was she found a twenty dollar bill folded into a book she'd borrowed from the library five years earlier. She kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but nothing bad happened at all. Your mileage may vary but sometimes the universe just throws you a bone.
