Got a parking ticket from a city camera that was clearly broken

I got a $75 ticket in the mail from a camera at 5th and Main in Portland last Tuesday, and I swear the timestamp photo shows the intersection was empty. The camera must have glitched because I wasn't even there when it snapped that picture - I was already three blocks away picking up my kid. Did anyone else fight one of these automated tickets and actually win?

Friend in Seattle fought a broken camera ticket and got it tossed pretty easily.

i mean is it really that big of a deal though lol. unless you're trying to fight a moving violation or something a camera ticket for a broken camera just seems like a waste of time. if it was tossed that easy then it probably wasn't worth the paper it was printed on to start.
