A fridge clean-out forced me to face my food hypocrisy

I was sure I ate well... until I saw all the candy wrappers in my trash. It hit me that my actions didn't match my words. I'm now sorting my pantry for real. The gap between belief and doing is... wide. It's a daily struggle to choose better.

Okay but come on, is a few candy wrappers really a huge moral failing? People get so worked up about food rules. It's just snacks, not a secret life of crime. The gap between what we say and what we do is basically being human. Maybe ease up on yourself a little.
